Where is my order confirmation?
Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address you used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name, the email used for the order and the approximate order date.
Can I change my order or delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. We will check whether it is still possible before the parcel is dispatched. Changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation or shipping is underway.
How do I track my order?
Open the order-status link in your confirmation email. When a tracking number is available, you can follow the shipment there. If you need help finding an update, contact us with your order number.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Clear photos of the item and packaging can help us understand what happened. We will help arrange an appropriate resolution.
